設計図 Floor Plan

Tres Homesでのミーティング後、あっという間に設計図を作ってもらい、
建築確認申請の手続きも小林さんにやってもらいました。
シンプルだから、そんなに要求はなかったけど、
私達の希望をしっかり聞いて、とてもいい感じに仕上がりました。
設計図と申請にかかったお金が20万円くらい。
家作りの最初に出費になります。
ほかにも、国際村の会員費とかもあったし、会員になるのに面倒なことも
いろいろあったけど、それはキャビン作りと直接関係してないので、
書く必要もないでしょう。
この設計図などが仕上がったのが、去年の11月の終わりくらい。
野尻は冬の間工事ができないため、春までのながーーい冬が
過ぎるのをただただ待つこと5ヶ月。
ついに来週から基礎工事を始めます！

After the meeting with the contractors, the process of making
the floorplan moved forward quickly, and so did all the paperwork
for getting building approval.
There were other things (like NLA membership applications and fees, etc)
but I will keep this blog focused on just the cabin.
Since our original request is that the cabin be simple,
the floorplan itself is not so different from what I first imagined.
However, they listened to our requests and I think the final
layout is very practical and looks very comfy.
This was all done last November, but since we cannot build
in Nagano during the winter,
the wait until spring when we could actually begin working began.
And boy did this winter feel looooooooooong.
Finally, spring has arrived, and I can't be more excited.
We are going to start work next week!!!
